Prince Khufurah of Klatch is the brother of Prince Cadram. He is a tall, bearded man who must once have been athletic until all the big dinners weighed him down.
There was an assassination attempt on his life when he was on a diplomatic mission to Ankh-Morpork. This was engineered by his brother in an attempt to force the two countries to war over the island of Leshp.
Presumably he is now the undisputed Prince of Klatch - unless he has become Seriph - as Cadram fled to the desert wastes of Klatchistan where (rough) justice was likely to reach him swiftly in the person of 71-hour Ahmed.
Annotation
It is unknown whether or not the brothers Cadram and Khufurah are related to Creosote the Seriph of Al-Khali in Klatch, or are merely royalty in their own right.
