The Morphic Street Conspiracy was an early form of rebellion against the tyrannical Lord Winder. In the original timeline, their meeting was raided by the Particulars under Findthee Swing. In the altered timeline of Night Watch, the older Sam Vimes (who was impersonating John Keel) helped the revolutionaries escape the raid. They then started a mob and met Vimes-as-Keel and the young Sam Vimes back at the Night Watch station on Treacle Mine Road. The revolutionaries had apparently been communicating through secret messages hidden in Cut-Me-Own-Throat Dibbler's meat pies. The password to get in was 'swordfish'.
