The Really Human Front are a sub-set of the Ankh-Morpork League of Temperance who might be described as unhappy, confused and somewhat self-hating vampires who really, really, want to be ordinary humans. Viewed as an extremist embarrassment by the rest of the League, in much the same way that the Workers' Revolutionary Party might be considered a little bit extreme by the rest of the far revolutionary Left. It is probably fair to say that this group views its vampire status in the same way hydrophobes view water.
