I wonder if "Reacher" means a tall person, and "Gilt" means a precious metal, then perhaps the name could be a reference to one of the most famous of literary pirates, Long John Silver? I wonder if "Reacher" means a tall person, and "Gilt" means a precious metal, then perhaps the name could be a reference to one of the most famous of literary pirates, Long John Silver?
