Le Foie Heureux, which translates as "The Happy Liver," is an elegant restaurant in Ankh-Morpork. It is said that appetizers there cost more than the weekly food bill for an average man. Generally, a reservation to Le Foie Heureux must be made three weeks in advance, although, with a letter from the right kind of person, you can reserve a table much more quickly. In Going Postal, Moist von Lipwig was able to obtain a reservation by forging a letter from Reacher Gilt.
