Maledict - another recruit to Jackrum's squad. A vampire from Uberwald, like the Watch's Cpl Angua - fast,strong,smart, sardonic.

Cpl Strappi (qv) destroy's Maledict's 'Coffee Engin ' as a petty act of malice. Deprived of his(her) fix, Maledict starts to hallucinate, with ongoing flashbacks to a Vietnam war era conflict ( taken from Roundworld).
