A would-be serial killer active in Ankh-Morpork and the Sto Plains, who only managed to score kills under "A" and "W" before being arrested. Notable for pushing the life and career of Albert Spangler off the front page of the Tanty Bugle and, owing to pressure of space, into a mere two small paragraphs on an inside page.
