| I instantly assumed it was a Discworld.... must have been the cover, that urchin in the battered top hat reminding me of the young Nobby Nobbs in {{NW}}. Heigh ho, it's an alternative 19th Century London, which according to speculation may be in the same alternate steampunk Victorian timeline as "Nation".
