Annotation

To dim sum, which is a Chinese dish consisting usually of parcels of meat in pancake pastry which are then deep-fried. This is just a sauce away from the Dish of Glistening Brown Stuff. And delicious.

There is also a Microsoft font called Sim Sun, which acts as a translation bridge between Latin and Chinese characters, and which is frequently used when both Latin text and simplified Chinese pictograms need to appear on the same page.
