Klatchian Delight

A sweetmeat based on sugar and gelatine and flavoured with rosewater. As the name suggests, it comes out of Klatch. A local variant may be available in Ankh-Morpork in which a recognisable variant of Klatchian Delight is coated with the local recipe for something approximating to chocolate. Although a Klatchian Delight is listed as a component part of the Higgs and Meakins' Luxury Assortment, and no doubt Weinrich and Boettcher do an even more upmarket and select version.
