Cripps

Tommy Cripps is a painter and scene-setter at the Opera House in Ankh-Morpork who was unfortunate enough to become a victim of the opera Ghost, ending up with an ear full of green paint, doused in turpentine, and a rope-burn around his neck. He was alive enough afterwards to be suitably hysterical and theatrical about the incident, and was peeved to be brought back down to earth again by Agnes Nitt remaining resolutely practical, despite the setting.
