Gelid works as a bledlow at the Unseen University. Inspector Lewton meets him when he gets a job as a bedmaker there to infiltrate the building, but doesn't know his name. Gelid is guarding the door to the library, and helps Lewton with some clues. Later in the game, it is revealed that he is Gelid and he is part of the Followers of Anu-anu, but later still he is revealed to be a traitor, taking part of the Dark Sect of Nylonathatep. Lewton gets a search warrant and goes back to the Unseen University looking for him, but he finds a pool of blood in his place. Following the smell of his blood as a werewolf, Lewton arrives the observatory, where he finds out that Satrap has killed him.
