A dead Witch mentioned in Witches Abroad at the Witches' Sabbat discussing the increasing shortage of witches.

She was the witch of Creel Springs, and knew Gammer Beavis, who reported that upon her death, there had been no witch to take her place. So, the people of Creel Springs sent off to Ankh-Morpork for a Wizard. To the annoyance of the witches, one came, with a staff, and opened up a shop with a brass sign on the door reading "Wizard". With the death of Desiderata Hollow, there are now even less witches, and the older witches fear things are only going to get worse...
