Hay-on-Ankh

Hay-on-Ankh is a town on the Altiplano Express Line which is the first stop after Ankh-Morpork and Sto Lat Junction. The following stop is Much-Come-Lately. It is a favoured destination for those of a fishing and boating persuasion and has the added attraction of being the first really clean stretch of the River Ankh up-stream from the City. The river here is certainly clean enough for conventionally accepted species of fish, such as rainbow trout, to dwell in it.
