Odium

The Odium was one of the new Moving Pictures houses that sprung up in the madness of the Holy Wood days. It is a clear Roundworld reference to the Odeon cinema chain, but with the classic TP touch that "Odious" means "arousing or meriting strong dislike, aversion, or intense displeasure". Genius.

Owned and maintained by the Planter family, named members of which are proprietor Bezam Planter and his daughter Calliope Planter.
