Shane Ogg

One of the many grandchildren of Nanny Ogg. He is mentioned in Witches Abroad as a sailor who has traveled in 'foreign parts' and taught his nan some of the lingo he picked up. Thus when Nanny Ogg travels to Genua she tries to communicate using phases like "jig a jig no.13 tootsweet".

At the witch's coven on Bear Mountain Nanny proudly tells the other senior witches that she knows what a sex object is 'on account of our Shane bringing one back from foreign parts'.
