Spriggins

Mr. Spriggins is the butler at Lancre Castle. He is a doddering old man who, by the time he's served both Verence II and Queen Magrat (at either ends of a looooooooonng table), ensures that all food is cold.

Very often off because of his back problems, leading to Shawn Ogg doing his buttling duties for him. This entails wearing a powdered wig (even on top of his helmet if he's sprinted from letting someone in whilst on guard duty to receiving them in the hall).
