Wimbler

Sergeant Wimbler was Fred Colon's drill sergeant as an Army recruit. He was everything a young recruit could hope and pray not to have in his first NCO. Described as a "tartar" with tongue like a whiplash, he moulds Colon and his fellow recruits into men.

After their passing out parade he is rewarded by having a blanket thrown over him in a dark alley and then having the good-for-the-gnolls beaten out of him by Colon and his mates Hoagy and Spud.

It took three days for Colon's knuckles to heal.
