Stephen Player is a (Roundworld) artist who illustrated the first two Discworld Maps, an alternative cover for The Colour of Magic, the plays by Stephen Briggs, the illustrations in The Colour of Magic and The Light Fantastic 25th Anniversary Edition and the The Illustrated Wee Free Men.
Other works include doing production design for the Sky One production of Hogfather and The Colour of Magic. He has also contributed to some Discworld Calenders, games books and money for the Discworld convention.
He was born in 1965 in Hertford, and now lives in the United States.
