:Four year Kentucky state Latin champion here, 1988-91. Can't help with Greek, though. And neither can Google. I tried going English to Greek, and got nothing like the Ephebian phrase in question. I tried individual words - many appear not to exist in Greek. Some with slight adjustments have meanings that don't in any way match up with the English version of the phrase. Did Mr. Pratchett allow a cat to wander across the keyboard while in symbol font? I doubt it, but I can't figure out an alternative.
