Rosie Devant-Molei

A Swamp dragon fanatic, Rosie Devant-Molei is similiar in many ways to Lady Sybil Ramkin. She runs the Sunshine Sanctuary for Sick Dragons with the help of Lady Sybil, Brenda Rodley, and the Interchangeable Emmas.

• Based on her surname, Rosie may be from a Quirmian family: “Devant moi” is French for “in front of me”. There doesn’t seem to be a more specific reference at work, though notably Brenda, who introduces Rosie, is the Dowager Duchess of Quirm.
